What if I don't want to go fully vegan?

It's your life and your body. This is what worked for me. If you don't want to go fully vegan, that's your choice. I will only ever offer vegan options and steer the sessions in that direction but we can discuss the best way to work together.

Will I lose weight on your programs?

I'm not specifically a weight loss coach so I can't guarantee it, but if you do the work and embrace more of a plant-based lifestyle, you may lose weight. I did!

What is the time commitment?

It depends on the program. Each program includes specific elements to get the maximum benefit. Outside of that, it's up to you to do the work involved!

Is there additional investment involved in your programs?

When you change the way you’re eating, that means changing what you buy and how you cook. This can include actual food, as well as accessories. You will receive the Top 5 Tools for the Trade for Going Plant-Based and we will assess which items are actually needed right off the bat and down the road.

Do you offer payment plans?

Send me an email and we may be able to work out a plan for your needs.

Do you offer refunds?

No. But I’m 100% committed to my clients. If you purchase a program, do the work, and feel like it didn’t live up to your expectations, we can schedule a one-on-one call to help you reach your goals.

I don't think I live near you. Can we still work together?

YES! All of my sessions are online via video conference, so you can be anywhere! If you ever are in the area, though, I'd love to meet up!

I can't afford a coach. Do you offer discounts?

Unfortunately, I don't offer discounts. You can follow me on Facebook or Instagram for free tips and information or join my Facebook Group for added support. I give my full commitment to my one-on-one clients, so let me know when you're ready to invest in yourself! Or reach out and we can discuss how we might be able to work together.
