Plant-Based Intensive
This is for you if you're ready to eat plant-based with confidence but need personal support, accountability, and INFORMATION.
We start by working on mindset and goal setting and move forward working, step by step, to give you practical tools, as well as mindset tools so that you can learn to eat plant-based with confidence.
Here's what's included in this 12-Week Program:

A 60-minute in-depth intro call to talk about history, goals, and roadblocks.

(11) 45-minute one-on-one coaching sessions. Each session is focused on a specific topic with practical application tools and ‘homework’ for the coming week. Examples of topics: Label Reading, EZ tips, Dealing with Social Situations, Pantry assessment, Snacking.

(11) optional 20-minute catchup calls at the end of each week to answer questions and talk about upcoming challenges (or this can just be via email).
